Life has not always been easy for me, but I have learned to face my challenges and have even achieved success. In my younger years, I often felt dissatisfied and believed that I was unlucky, which led to feelings of depression.
However, I had an epiphany: the power of positive thinking can change one’s life. By adopting the thought “I can,” luck was within my grasp. Reflecting on my childhood, I realized that the difficulties I faced were stepping stones to my eventual accomplishments and triumphs.
I took this revelation to heart and kept the words “I can” close to my heart. My family also supported me and reinforced this mindset by saying, “If you think it, you can achieve it, in any way.” This guidance helped me attain clarity of mind and realize that my failures gave me the strength to persevere.
Despite facing discrimination, I remained resolute and unwavering in my determination. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, it disrupted my preparations and shattered my grades for the 10th standard. Nevertheless, I persisted and worked hard, ultimately achieving an impressive score of 563 in my 12th-standard exams. People who had once viewed me as an average girl were now able to recognize my worth and potential.
Upon joining college, I encountered numerous challenges, and my mother was not able to provide financial support. I relied on my grandfather for assistance during this period. However, I was fortunate enough to receive encouragement and support from the Gold Heart Foundation, which paid my fees. Despite numerous obstacles, I remained committed to my studies and exploration. Finally, I achieved my goal.
