A beneficiary of the Rukmani Trust grant to Gold Heart Foundation (GHF) for the Siragugal project, Atshaya hails from a rural village near Manapparai, Tamil Nadu. Raised by a single parent, she overcame numerous challenges with determination and resilience. Her perseverance has now paid off as she is set to join NATWEST Gurugram.
Atshaya’s success not only reflects her unwavering dedication but also serves as a beacon of hope for countless girls in her village who aspire to a brighter future.
GHF’s mission goes beyond offering scholarships. They are committed to empowering the students with the skills and confidence needed to excel in their careers. Through a blend of online training sessions and intensive residential bootcamps, GHF ensures that each student is job-ready by the time they complete their education.
Recently, they got an exciting opportunity to partner with NATWEST through their CSR initiative, UPLIFT. This collaboration followed a rigorous audit of GHF documentation and a thorough review of the social impact created over 16+ years of educating underserved communities. As part of this partnership, NATWEST conducted a recruitment drive.
Out of the 13 GHF students who appeared for non-technical role interviews, four successfully secured placements! Among them was Atshaya, a Rukmani Trust beneficiary who stands out as a shining example of resilience and determination.
GHF is now eagerly awaiting the results for 15 other students who appeared for technical role interviews.
